What the AFK assesses
The Assessment of Fundamental Knowledge tests biomedical science and applied clinical science knowledge. It is part of the NDEB Equivalency Process, and candidates must pass it before continuing to the other examinations in that process.
Know the official format
The NDEB currently describes the AFK as 200 single-answer multiple-choice questions delivered in two parts. Each part is two hours long. Delivery may be electronic at Prometric test centres or booklet-based at selected sites.

Build a repeatable preparation loop
