Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within seven days of activating a purchased course or question bank. To qualify, you must have used no more than 10% of the purchased content.
How usage is measured
Usage may include video lectures, question bank items, flashcards, study guides, ebooks, mock exams, assessment exams or any combination of included resources. Dental World may review account activity to determine whether total usage is within the 10% limit.
Cancellation fee
Approved refunds are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the purchase price, with a minimum fee of CAD $10.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Unless a refund is approved, paid access remains available until the end of the billing period that has already been paid.
Requesting a refund
Email info@dentalworld.ca from the address connected to your Dental World account. Include the plan purchased, purchase date and reason for the request. We will review the request against the timing and usage conditions above.
